Ruff Ryders CEO Waah Dean shared stories from the label’s past, including shopping Ma$e and The Lox to Diddy, who later signed both acts. Dean explained that Bad Boy was buzzing due to Biggie being on the label, which he thought would be a good look for The Lox. Later on, things didn’t work out with The Lox, and Diddy released them from their contract, and they went to Interscope.

Ruff Ryders Anthem was absolutely crazy. I agree with Vlad on this one. My exact reaction was "the fuck is this?!" All that said, the three most mindblowing X records to me at the time were "ATF", "Stop Bein Greedy" and then later with "Whats My Name."
