How so? blacks tend to mimic rap stars more so than their white counterparts. Whites just have the ability to buy the music. But the rappers are a reflection of the culture. Blacks tend to place a higher importance on their favorite rapper than their favorite teacher.

How so? I find that Blacks tend to look at rap stars as heroes and inspirations, while whites just use it for entertainment.
