However, Montana was driving the vehicle at the time on a suspended license and was charged with obstruction and driving with a suspended license. Although his charges carried a relatively stiff sentence, Montana only ended up spending 45 days in county jail. He also reveals how he felt a gun was needed and how he moves now, while DJ Vlad offered up a bit of advice to him and other artists.
