You reward people who do the right thing to make an incentive for other people to also partake in the action. Also being a good parent is a reward in and of itself because your children will reward you and you get pleasure from being successful in your attempt at raising a child. Vlad is just a hater and a vulture who is sour because he wasn't smart enough to utilize his privilege to make money, so he had to resort to the age old method of exploiting black culture.

Konshens was saying at least acknowledge someone who is doing the right thing rather than just coming down on someone when they do the wrong thing. That's the way I interpreted it. Acknowledgment is a reward, not necessarily some sort of material reward (which is the way Vlad seemed to think of it)
